Do you think that I have an eating disorder?
I’m 13, 5″3 and 118 lbs. I’m muscular and very athletic. I constantly obsess about my weight daily. I have no curves, and I probably mistake them for love handles. I cry about it constantly, and I end up excessively exercising. I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve been to the doctor about the mental part of it, and the doctor told me I wasn’t overweight. I have a mentally distorted view of my body. I don’t know what to do. All I know is that during the summer, I will be running, mountain biking, roller skiing so I can train for school sports (xc running, xc skiing, and track. What else can I do? I’m lost. :’(
By the way I eat no junk food, just organic food.
You seem to want to have an eating disorder. This happens a lot to people who feel they don’t get enough attention or love so they try to appear to need the attention or love. I would talk to someone about it and just express your feelings.
