It's finally here…the online rider community for mountain bikers in and around the Brandywine Valley. Bvmtb.com is an in-depth resource created by local mountain bikers for local mountain bikers. This site is designed to serve a number of functions. From providing trail condition reports, to connecting local riders with other local riders, to addressing issues regarding local trail use, and beyond…our hope is that this site will bring local riders together and inspire them to ride more.
ENJOY THE RIDE!

Below are the current trail conditions for our local trail systems. If a system is labeled unsuitable for riding on any given day, please do not ride. Countless hours of hard work have gone into building and maintaining the trails we enjoy, and riding in muddy conditions destroys them.
If the trail report for a particular park remains unchanged for a few days, it likely means that conditions have not changed since the last report.
ATTENTION: NEW TRAIL CONDITION RATING SYSTEM IN PLACE
Red = Very muddy. Unsuitable for riding.
Yellow = Mostly ridable with some wet spots. Ride with caution.
Green = Dry and fast.
Blue = Frozen solid.

We have a lot of great trails here in the Brandywine Valley, from the groomed singletrack of White Clay to the brutal rock gardens along the Brandywine. But instead of mapping them out for you to explore on your own, we encourage you to join one of our local groups for a guided tour of some of the Brandywine Valley's finest.
OUR TRAILS NEED YOUR HELP. As mountain biking has grown in recent years, groups of riders have come together to maintain our trails and build new ones. But these organizations can't succeed in preserving our trails without the volunteer efforts of riders like you. Please visit the volunteer page for more information on how you can get involved.
